| Requirements and Responsibilities For Health Insurance Service Operations Senior Representative |
| Responsible for handling inquiries and operational transactions that support the administration of health insurance services. Supports daily health insurance service operations by answering inquiries regarding policies, coverage, eligibility, and other plan provisions. Researches and explains claim status. May provide support across multiple service areas, including but not limited to account implementation, client support, claim processing, and enrollment and eligibility. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience. |
