| Requirements and Responsibilities For Senior Managed Care Pharmacy Consultant |
| Responsible for delivering high-quality pharmacy consulting services within the managed care environment. Develops and implements customized clinical strategies aligned with each client's pharmacy benefit goals, population health priorities, and cost management objectives. Applies expertise in formulary management, drug utilization, and clinical strategy to help clients optimize their pharmacy benefit programs and ensure client and member satisfaction. May require a bachelor's degree in pharmacy. May require Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience. |
