| Performs post-closing review and auditing of mortgage loan files to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory and investor requirements. Identifies and resolves documentation deficiencies by coordinating with closing staff, lenders, and investors. Prepares and delivers finalized loan packages to investors, custodians, or internal departments for funding and record retention. Maintains accurate records in loan servicing systems and supports audits by ensuring proper file organization and compliance with post-closing procedures. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
