| Requirements and Responsibilities For Medical Call Center Representative |
| Answers incoming calls about various inquiries in a hospital setting. Assists with appointment scheduling, care coordination, taking patient information, and addressing concerns with empathy to ensure patient satisfaction. Performs call logging and routine tasks to fulfill caller requests. May redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
