| Services and maintains loan accounts by performing routine administrative tasks, ensuring accurate loan records, and providing customer support for the duration of the loan term. Updates borrower information, processes payments, and applies adjustments such as escrow updates, late fees, or payoff calculations. Responds to borrower inquiries regarding loan balances, payment status, and servicing policies while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. Maintains accurate loan files and supports audits by organizing documentation and verifying data accuracy. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. |
