| Requirements and Responsibilities For Enrollment & Billing Supervisor |
| Supervises the team responsible for processing and maintaining accurate enrollment and/or billing information for an insurance organization. Responds to questions from members, verifies eligibility, assists with enrollment, and updates records. Handles more complex enrollment or billing issues. Ensures compliance with all legal regulations, industry standards, and operational guidelines. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
