| Responsible for processing and maintaining accurate enrollment and/or billing information for an insurance organization. Responds to questions from members, verifies eligibility, assists with enrollment, resolves billing issues, and updates records. Ensures compliance with all legal regulations, industry standards, and operational guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
