| Requirements and Responsibilities For Commercial Loan Documentation Associate II |
| Prepares and reviews commercial loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Oversees the creation, review, and approval of complex commercial loan documents, including credit agreements, collateral documentation, and legal filings. Maintains documentation standards, procedures, and controls to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Reviews documentation workflows, resolves complex documentation issues, and ensures proper record retention and audit readiness. Establishes and maintains tracking tools to monitor due dates and efficiently pursue outstanding documents or reports. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
