| Requirements and Responsibilities For SVP of Project Management |
| Leads enterprise-wide project management strategy and operations to drive execution of large-scale organizational initiatives and long-term business transformation efforts. Establishes corporate project governance frameworks, operational standards, and portfolio management strategies to support organizational growth and performance objectives. Oversees prioritization, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and execution activities for complex cross-functional projects and strategic programs. Advises executive leadership on project performance, operational risks, investment priorities, and organizational readiness for strategic initiatives. Directs implementation of enterprise project management tools, methodologies, and performance metrics to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Champions leadership development, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function and across the enterprise. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require Project Management Certification. Typically reports to top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes/implements overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Typically requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience. Has extensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
