| Requirements and Responsibilities For Mortgage Lending Assistant II |
| Responsible for supporting the solicitation and development of residential mortgage loans. Assists with interviewing applicants, collecting financial data and documents, and making recommendations regarding the loan products that best meet the borrower's needs. Supports buyers in the purchase process through closing. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
