| Requirements and Responsibilities For Mortgage Lending Assistant I |
| Responsible for supporting the solicitation and development of residential mortgage loans. Assists with interviewing applicants, collecting financial data and documents, and making recommendations regarding the loan products that best meet the borrower's needs. Supports buyers in the purchase process through closing. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
