| Requirements and Responsibilities For Commercial Loan Review Officer II |
| Performs internal reviews of commercial loans to assess loan quality, structure, and compliance. Analyzes financial statements, cash flow projections, and collateral to evaluate risk levels. Ensures commercial loans comply with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements. Identifies emerging risks and recommends corrective actions to mitigate exposure. Prepares comprehensive reports and presents findings to management. Collaborates with commercial lending teams to enhance credit quality and underwriting standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
