| Requirements and Responsibilities For Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer II |
| Solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience. |
