| Requirements and Responsibilities For Universal Banker I |
| Responsible for providing a wide range of services to customers, including opening accounts, account management, processing teller transactions, and cross-selling bank products. Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized banking solutions. Resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases as needed. Ensures all transactions meet legal and bank-specific regulations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
