Requirements and Responsibilities For Policy Change Technician
Responsible for processing incoming insurance policy change requests. Reviews and screens requests, calculates new premiums, issues new policies, and calculates reimbursement checks if needed. Ensures compliance with all legal regulations, industry standards, and operational guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
