| Requirements and Responsibilities For Medical Care Service Coordinator |
| Responsible for helping patients access and coordinate various medical care services. Serves as the main point of contact for the patient. Assesses the patient's needs, develops a personalized care plan, facilitates access to essential services, and advocates for the needs and preferences of the patient. Monitors and reviews client progress and service effectiveness. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
