| Requirements and Responsibilities For Investment Assistant Manager |
| Supervises the research and analysis of financial markets, securities, and investment products to assess risks, evaluate potential returns, and make informed investment decisions for an organization. Implements policies and procedures to guide the analysis and evaluation of investment products and ensure investment activities comply with regulatory standards. Reviews economic data, financial metrics, and market conditions to evaluate financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies. Monitors and manages an organization's investment portfolio to ensure optimal performance and alignment with investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. |
