| Requirements and Responsibilities For Database Marketing Manager |
| Leads the management and analysis of the marketing database to drive strategic growth and enhance engagement through sophisticated, data-driven insights. Oversees the execution of deep segmentation strategies to identify high-value audiences, ensuring that promotional efforts reach the most receptive consumers at the optimal time. Tracks campaign metrics and delivers actionable reports that quantify the return on investment for various outreach initiatives. Prioritizes the maintenance of data integrity and hygiene to ensure that predictive models and mailing lists remain accurate and effective. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
