| Requirements and Responsibilities For Corporate Finance Analyst II |
| Responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to assist in corporate financial decisions. Uses data analysis to identify new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the organization. Focuses on forecasting funding requirements, structuring financing solutions, and managing risk. Manages the organization's cash portfolio to ensure efficient access to capital while optimizing liquidity. Participates in negotiations with principals and others. Requires a bachelor's degree.
