| Requirements and Responsibilities For Commercial Loan Processor I |
| Processes commercial loan applications to provide financing for businesses, support timely origination, and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation before funding. Reviews loan files to confirm revenue, cash-flow, credit history, assets, and collateral details in accordance with lending policies and regulatory standards. Communicates with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain missing documentation and clarify application details. Prepares loan packages for underwriting review and ensures all required documents are properly organized and submitted. Maintains accurate records in loan processing systems and monitors application status to ensure timely progression through the approval process. Tracks and monitors due dates and responds to borrower inquiries. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
