| Requirements and Responsibilities For Branch Operations Manager |
| Manages branch operations within a specific geographic area. Provides guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventive quality assurance checks to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results. Provides operational support and resources to resolve any problems or losses incurred in daily branch operations. Ensures branches are in compliance with bank policies and federal and state laws and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
