| Requirements and Responsibilities For VP of Insurance Brokerage |
| Leads the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the insurance brokerage division to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership. Establishes long-term business plans, financial targets, and operational strategies that align with the organization's enterprise objectives. Oversees all brokerage operations, including sales, placement, client management, carrier relations, and producer development, across multiple regions or business segments. Builds and maintains executive-level relationships with major clients, insurance carrier partners, reinsurers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position and access. Drives innovation in brokerage products, technology platforms, and service delivery models to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency. Ensures enterprise-wide compliance with regulatory, ethical, and risk management standards while representing the organization at industry forums and key client engagements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires NIPR State Licensure. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function.
