| Requirements and Responsibilities For Top Agency Executive |
| Plans and directs all aspects of sales and distribution programs for the individual line of business through agencies. Designs, develops, and implements policies for the business lines within the agencies. Ensures the agencies meet budgeted financial goals in coordination with sales. Sets and monitors sales goals, coordinates with independent agencies, and supervises sales support staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. |
