| Requirements and Responsibilities For SVP of Lending |
| Leads, develops, and directs the organization's overall lending operations, policies, and loan portfolio management. Oversees the research, development, communication, and implementation of lending policies. Manages the implementation of the organization's lending strategy, aligning organizational goals with departmental operations. Establishes and maintains relationships with potential clients. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies and procedures. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes/implements overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Typically requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
