| Requirements and Responsibilities For Online Banking Service Specialist II |
| Responsible for administering and supporting online banking products, including online account applications, debit and credit cards inquiries, and online bill-paying services. Responds to customer issues and questions about online tools and products. Performs data entry tasks required to administer and process online banking transactions and create new accounts.
