| Requirements and Responsibilities For Mortgage Loan Officer II |
| Responsible for soliciting and developing residential mortgage loans. Interviews applicants, collects financial data and documents, and recommends loan products that best meet the borrower's needs. Assists buyers in the purchase process through closing. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
