| Requirements and Responsibilities For Loan Funding Clerk I |
| Processes and disburses loan funds to ensure accurate and timely completion of loan transactions. Reviews loan documentation to verify the funding amount and closing instructions. Coordinates with lenders, closing agents, and customers to resolve funding issues. Ensures all funding activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintains accurate records of funded loans and updates loan systems and tracking logs. Supports post-closing activities, reconciliations, and audit requests as needed. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
