| Requirements and Responsibilities For Data Quality Analyst IV |
| Analyzes and monitors organizational data to identify, investigate, and resolve issues affecting data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability. Performs data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to detect errors, duplicates, gaps, and inconsistencies across systems and datasets. Develops and maintains data quality rules, checks, and automated tests using programming languages and data quality tools. Investigates data issues, documents root causes, and works with data stewards and system owners to correct records and prevent recurrence. Produces data quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards that track performance against defined metrics and thresholds. Supports data migration, integration, and system implementation projects by validating data before and after loading. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
