| Requirements and Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Collector I |
| Responsible for contacting customers with delinquent accounts. Aims to influence voluntary payment through communication, negotiation, and persuasion. Works to obtain payments, commitment agreements, and/or establish a repayment plan. Follows set policies and procedures when determining a suitable collection solution. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
